SMC Development’s Sherman project is a large-scale mixed-use community encompassing approximately 100 acres. The conceptual plan brings together single-family residential neighborhoods, commercial development, open space, community amenities, and new infrastructure within a thoughtfully planned development.
The residential component is organized into multiple neighborhoods connected by an integrated roadway network, with dedicated open space, an amenity center, and areas for stormwater management incorporated throughout the site. A significant commercial component is also planned, creating opportunities for complementary services and future growth. The Sherman project reflects SMC Development’s vision for creating well-planned communities that bring together housing, infrastructure, amenities, and commercial opportunities within a connected environment.
